In the Account Properties dialogue box, click on the 'Servers'
tab at the top.
- Change the 'Incoming Mail POP3'
to 'pop.e-sfo.com'.
- Ask you Internet Service Provider for the right input for the 'Outgoing Mail
(SMTP)' settings.
or you may set the the outgoing mail (SMTP) the same as your
POP3. 'pop.e-sfo.com'.
Note: If you set the outgoing Mail (SMTP) to be the same as your
incoming Mail POP, then you must check the box
"My Server Requires Authentication" under the Outgoing Mail Server
. - Now click "OK" and you are done.


If you want to keep a copy of your e-Mails
on the e-Mail Server, click the "Advanced" tab and check the required
boxes as shown on this screen.

Save your Work and restart Outlook.
